Terms & Conditions
- This offer is open to all new customers who register for an account on BillExpressOnline.com and successfully complete a bill payment transaction during the promotional period.
- Payments made at Bill Express Retail Stores do not qualify
- Promotion is open only to individuals residing in Jamaica who are 18 years of age or older
- GKPS will randomly select Winners from the pool of eligible first-time payees who have successfully completed a bill payment transaction through Bill Express Online during the promotion period.
- A total of twenty (20) Winners will be selected on September 29, 2026.
- Calls will be made to the shortlisted entrants to inform them of their prize within 72 hours of selection.
- Prizes unclaimed after 30 days will be retained by GraceKennedy Payment Services.
- GraceKennedy Payment Services will make a bill payment of JMD 25,000.00. Payment value can also be applied to prior fees.
- Bill payment will be made by GKPS directly to a one (1) Bill Express Online biller indicated by the Winner. If the prize value exceeds the outstanding balance on the selected bill, any remaining amount will be credited to the winner's Bill Express Online account.
- Prize amounts will not be disbursed in cash. Winners may designate an eligible bill account to which the prize will be applied as a bill payment credit. No cash alternative will be provided.
- Shortlisted entrants will be required to verify their qualifying transaction by confirming the account number of the biller paid through Bill Express Online. Failure to successfully verify the transaction may result in disqualification.
- GKPS reserves the right to publish the name of winners, without additional compensation. Failure to provide the required consent may result in the prize being forfeited and selection of an alternate winner.
- A shortlisted entrant may decline the prize at the time of contact. If a shortlisted entrant chooses to decline the prize or otherwise opts out of the promotion, they will forfeit all rights to the prize, and an entrant from the reserve (secondary winner) pool will be contacted.
- Employees of GraceKennedy Payment Services Limited and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (mother, father and children) are not eligible.
- Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or Redemption of any Prize.
- Bill Express shall not be liable in the event that the Winner, for any reason, fails to claim his/her prize. Neither shall be responsible for any accident or injury suffered by the Winner as a result of the Winner's use of the prize.
- By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.
- Prizes are transferable.
- Authorized under section 58(3) of the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Act.
Win $25,000 in Bill Payments
- Only new customers who have successfully registered on Bill Express Online during the promotional period are eligible to win.
- Customers must complete at least one bill payment using the billexpressonline.com portal during the promotional period to qualify.
- At the end of the promotional period, GraceKennedy Payment Services (Bill Express) will pull a list of 20 randomly selected individuals as Winners from the total number of eligible entrants (“Winner” or “Winners”).
- Forty (40) back-up recipients will be selected in the event the first randomly selected customers are unable to be reached or cannot accept the prize
- This short list of entries will be cross-checked for validity by the GKPS operations team.
- A list of all validated entries will be compiled, and twenty (20) eligible entrants will be randomly selected through an electronic draw conducted using GraceKennedy Payment Services' internal SQL Server Management System.
- Shortlisted entrants will be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of being selected
- A maximum of three (3) telephone call attempts will be made to each shortlisted entrant during the seventy-two (72) hour contact period. If a shortlisted entrant cannot be reached after these attempts, the next entrant from the reserve (secondary winner) pool will be contacted until all twenty (20) winners have been confirmed.
- If the Winner is unreachable, the Sponsor will contact the back-up Winners in the order in which they were drawn. If attempts to contact the backup Winners are unsuccessful, the prize will be retained by GraceKennedy Payment Services (GKPS).
- Once GKPS has received and confirmed the required details for Winner’s bill payment details, JMD25,000 will be paid directly to the biller/company.
- The names of the twenty (20) winners will be published on the Bill Express Instagram page (@billexpress) and on the campaign landing page at billexpress.com/backtoschool.
