BillExpress online is our fast and free online payment facility that allows you to make payment to your billers from anywhere, and at any time. You can access it at billexpressonline.com.
Yes. Once you are paying a billing company listed under our list of billers in Jamaica, you can use the www.billexpressonline.com service from anywhere in the world. Online bill payment is not yet available for billers from the other countries where Bill Express operates.
Persons interested in paying bills via BillExpress Online will first have to register and set up the Billing Companies to be paid. Once you have set up your billing companies, you can then login to the website at any time and use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) to make the payment. Click here to register.
You will need your account number for each Biller for you to add the billing company to your personal list of billers and a valid credit card.
You can start using the service immediately after the registration process is completed.
It depends on the biller, but your payment information is sent to the Billing Company by the close of business on the day the payment is received (end of day).
The billexpressonline.com facility is very secure. It uses state-of-the-art encryption to protect the integrity of customer personal data and the credit card used. We also do not store your credit card details for extra data security.
Online bill payment is free.

This can be determined by contacting the Bill Express Call Centre or by making contact with the Billing Company. In addition, you can check your credit card status to verify if any charges were removed.
Payment is credited to your Biller by the close of the business day for payments made before 6:00 p.m. on a weekday. If you want to confirm that they have received the payment, we recommend contacting your biller directly to confirm that your payment was received.
Users do not have to cancel the facility since transactions are only done by them. However, your user account can be deactivated. Simply log-in and go to deactivate.
You can log onto the billexpressonline.com website and change personal information through “My Profile”.
Paying online is free. You can earn GK Value Rewards points by adding your GKVR number to your BillExpress account. You can pay by Visa or MasterCard. You can access the system any time anywhere.
BillExpress cannot guarantee a refund once a bill payment has been submitted.
The BillExpress Online system is designed to limit these types of errors. Plus, we get a listing of valid account information from our Billers for cross-reference and validating Biller data when you add them to your account. If you feel that a payment was made to the wrong account, we recommend that you contact the Billing Company to seek to remedy the error.

Yes, visitors may view and access the website; however, you will not be able to do a transaction without registration.
Click the “Forgot password” link and follow the instructions. A secured link will be sent to the e-mail address in your profile. You will then be prompted to change that password.
Your information is private and confidential and will not be divulged to third parties except where necessary to facilitate payment of your bills.
This is possible only if your information is disclosed to third parties by you, the account holder.
Changes to your information are only possible after log-in. Therefore, your registration information cannot be changed without the account password.

The payments are the average of your last 3 months bill payments to NWC or JPS, and the payment will be made within 48 hours once we get the relevant information.
