Yes, there is a cost. Customers will be charged JMD$55.00 inclusive of GCT for each bill paid using the platform. The fees will be displayed on the Bill Payment confirmation statement.
No, GraceKennedy Payment Services (GKPS) do not require that information to be stored for future use. Repeat customers will need to enter their card information every time they pay a bill.
Most major debit and credit cards are accepted on the platform. If a card is rejected on the platform customers are advised to contact their issuing bank immediately. For security reasons some cards are not accepted by GKPS.
